We do not sell personal information. We do not use website enquiry content to train public third-party foundation models.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use electronic communications at your own risk to that extent.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including legal and accounting retention periods, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

8. Client systems and on-premise work

When we work on your premises or systems, personal information in your environment remains your responsibility as the primary controller/APP entity unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You must ensure you have lawful grounds and notices for any personal information you ask us to access or process. We will handle such access under our engagement terms and confidentiality obligations.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our site may use essential cookies or local storage required for security and session function (for example CRM login). We may use basic server logs. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent.

10. Your rights
